A plot can be reserved for a maximum of three years and should be acquired within three months after construction begins. The reservation fee doubles in the second year and triples in the third year of the reservation period. Construction companies can reserve a maximum of two plots in new detailed planning areas. For construction companies, the reservation period is one year.
