Care Agreement and Fees

When a child starts morning and afternoon activities, a care agreement is drawn up. The care agreement specifies the care time and the number of participation days required per month. If the need is a maximum of 10 days per month, it is assumed that the child does not exceed that number. However, if an excess occurs for any reason, a fee will be charged for that month according to the fee for 11–20 days per month. Please note that any sick days count as attendance days.

In the month when the activities start or end, a fee is charged for either 1–10 days or 11–20 days, depending on whether the child has been present for fewer or more than 10 days. Morning and afternoon activities have a fixed fee based on the number of days and are not income-based. An exception to this rule is week 22. For school days in June (1–5 days) that may fall within week 22, a total fee of 20 euros is charged.
